During my internship at Salti Australia, I created this twenty page booklet that is directed at newly trained Salti instructors.
​
The primary objective of these guidelines is to teach Salti instructors how to become brand ambassadors for the growing company. It includes an accessible breakdown of information that can engage with highly-aware through to unaware publics.
​
The guidelines include sections that engage, inform and inspire instructors within the Salti network. They encourage mutually beneficial behaviour for both the growing company and it's instructor community.

For my capstone unit at the University of Canberra, I joined fellow students Tilly Hammond and Tessa Grimes to form Forward Consulting.
We delivered an innovative integrated marketing communications campaign for Geocon who provided us with a brief that aimed to increase leads from first home buyers. Our campaign focused on changing the current negative perceptions held by the target market that were uncovered by our primary research.

Snapchat Geofilter

Within my role as Social Media Manager at Fernwood Tuggeranong I organised Snapchat Geofilters for the Fernwood Tuggeranong Annual Gala Ball in 2018 and 2019.

These filters were available to anyone within the vicinity of the event for the duration of the event only.
Attendees with photos using the filter were later encouraged to enter a competition that aimed to promote engagement via Facebook and Instagram. The filters also act as a lasting memento of the event which is highly popular in the Fernwood Tuggeranong community.

These offer a snapshot of insights into the reach and engagement of Facebook posts as well as the demographic information of target publics.

My focus for Fernwood Tuggeranong's social media platforms is primarily on community building but elements of advertising are also included regularly.

This graph displays the total Facebook page likes for Fernwood Tuggeranong's page for the period where I have been employed as the Social Media Manager.

On commencement of this role, the total page likes sat at 2,359. This number has steadily increased over the past nineteen months to reach 2,896, an average increase of approximately 5 likes per day.
